CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Our team:
Coordinates and carries out cleaning of the property before and after each booking.
During
longer stays, the properties are cleaned every 2.5 days.

Coordinates any maintenance work

ADMINISTRATION

We take care of all administrative tasks, which include:

Receiving payments from guests
Paying commissions to third-party partners
Paying the cleaning and laundry services
Forwarding payments to owners, having deducted expenses

Prepares the house before each stay
Meets guest for check in
Checks ID documents
Photographs the condition of the apartment and shares situation with the guest
Charges guests the security deposit
Meets guests upon departure for the check-out and after inspecting the apartment, returns the security deposit if there is no new damage caused by the guests
